Futura GTS provides prompt and courteous on-site technical support second to none. Service calls for regular maintenance and new equipment installations will be planned for a future date, or usually same-day for emergency support issues. Note that for emergency service, additional fees will apply.

Remote Support
Remote support is available to fix certain issues. Please ensure that you have spoken to the technician before clicking below to initiate a connection.
Instructions – Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7
- In Internet Explorer click on Run and then Run again when prompted by security warnings.
- In FireFox download the program to your desktop and then double-click on it there to start remote support

- In Chrome download the program to your desktop and then double-click on it to start the install process
- In Safari download the program to your desktop and then double-click on it to start the install process
- In Firefox download the program to your desktop and then double-click on it to start the intall process
